What to do if Bungee View Doesn't Start

⚫ If you get a pop-up warning that your browser doesn’t know how to open the link, it means you need to install Java version 7 or later.

  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Double click on the Java icon. The Java Control Panel opens.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Click View. The Java Cache Viewer opens.
  5. Click "Bungee View."
  6. Click the Run icon. You can also click the Shortcut icon to add a direct Bungee View launcher to your desktop.
  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Double click on the Java icon. The Java Control Panel opens.
  3. Select the Advanced tab.
  4. Select "Show Console."
  5. Click "OK."
  6. Run Bungee View again, copy the output from the Java Console, and email it to me. I'll try to help you.

⚫ On Mac OS, Gatekeeper may be preventing you from opening an App that isn’t from the Apple Store or signed with an Apple Developer ID. Java has its own code-signing security, and you can either enable the Bungee View App individually, or set Gatekeeper to allow all non-Apple Apps to run. See the Apple Gatekeeper instructions.

⚫ If you still have problems, let me know and I will try my best to help you.
